Padel Fun Tournament — Let’s Rally, F45 Cheltenham!
Our F45 Cheltenham Padel Fun Tournament is coming up on Sunday, 28th June at 1:30 pm, and this one’s all about good vibes, friendly competition, and community energy.
For £15 per person, you’ll get 90 minutes on the court at:

1. What inspired you to join our community?
I wanted to find a different work out that included lifting weights and didn’t have the confidence to do it myself in a ‘normal’ gym
2. What’s your favourite part of the F45 atmosphere—from coaches to members to music, and why?
Definitely the coaches. Special shout out to Shannon, Beth and Jack for constantly correcting my terrible technique and making sure the weights go up when they need to :)
3. How has this community helped you grow?
I feel really comfortable at F45. Everyone is super friendly, warm and welcoming and all are genuinely welcome.
4. How has F45 changed your fitness journey compared to other workouts you’ve tried?
The huge range of workouts over the course of each week and the fact they change regularly means I’m constantly being pushed to try new moves and never fall into ‘lazy’ habits. It’s hard, but it’s a short, sharp 45 minute work out and I never regret going!
5. What’s something you think new members should take advantage of right away?
New members - try all the workouts - even the ones you think you won’t enjoy - it’s amazing how quickly you make progress and reach a fitness level you perhaps didn’t think possible.

⭐ Member of the Week: Louise ⭐
This week we’re shining the spotlight on our 9:30 legend, Louise, a woman who brings honesty, humour, and heart into every single session.
Louise comes in, grabs a sweet (or two!) from the studio jar, has a quick chat, and then switches straight into work mode. No messing about, no overthinking, she just gets it done. It’s one of the things we love most about her. She says it how it is, keeps everyone laughing, and still manages to smash every workout she touches.
Her consistency, her attitude, and her ability to push herself while keeping the vibe light make her such a special part of our F45 family. She lifts the room without even trying, supports the people around her, and brings that real, down‑to‑earth energy that makes the 9:30 class what it is.
We absolutely love Louise, her honesty, her effort, her humour, and the way she shows up for herself and for the team. She’s a joy to coach and an even bigger joy to have in our community.
Keep being unapologetically you, Louise. The studio wouldn’t be the same without you. 💙

Say hello to this week’s standout legend — Andrew!
Andrew has been part of our F45 family for around 7 months, and in that time, he’s smashed over 50 classes. You’ll usually spot him in the 7:30 am class, turning up with consistency, focus, and that “let’s get it done” attitude we love.
He’s always working hard, always up for a challenge, and always pushing himself to level up. Exactly the kind of energy that lifts the whole room.
Big congrats, Andrew, keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep inspiring the team. You’ve earned it 💪🏼🔥

1. What inspired you to join our community?
I’ve loved F45 since I started in 2020 when I was living in New Zealand.
The coaches at Cheltenham are just great. I’ve improved my technique in a lot of areas because of them.
2. What’s your favourite part of the F45 atmosphere—from coaches to members to music, and why?
Probably cardio classes and Saturdays are my favourite atmosphere. Especially Hollywood. Such a good vibe 😊
3. How has this community helped you grow?
I’ve met new people and made friends. Even though I’m older than most members. It’s very uplifting and I really miss it if I’m not able to train for some reason. It’s a big part of my life.
4. How has F45 changed your fitness journey compared to other workouts you’ve tried?
I’ve stayed with it, even though I’ve had a few injuries and setbacks. It’s easy to alter a few stations if you need to. I wouldn’t have the motivation training alone, so F45 pushes me to finish that last set.
5. What’s something you think new members should take advantage of right away?
The community feel and technique coaching. Take advantage of advice from coaches and other members.
