Today the Sunday side took on straw hat who have been in good form both teams took to the middle of the pitch and gave a min of applause 👏 for wav 💙⚽️
and unfortunately this game the ref didn’t make the game and both teams did a half each reffing the match Hoole started bright 2 balls over the top Hoole went into a 2-0 lead not much to report first half just great tackles battles on the pitch Hoole did score another 2 goals but both goals given offside and at the break Hoole found themselves 2-0 up at HT
Second half Hoole grew stronger and could have ran away with it but blocks and great save by the hat back line and some missed big chances from Hoole we still only remained 2-0 up then a straw hat strike made it 2-1 then 2 mins later straw hat got a penalty and a chance to draw level but a big save from stand in keeper Rich curtis kept Hoole 2-1 up with a great save from the spot then 10/15 mins later Hoole hit straw hat on the break and took a 3-1 lead and Victor getting a hat trick after his 2 in the first half great match and a really good watch we wish straw hat all the best and a good season our thoughts go out to them and wav friends and family he will never be forgotten from the Hoole lads great keeper and man 💙🖤⚽️

Yesterday the vets travelled away and I’ll be honest struggled with the conditions our first match on a grass pitch we started okay but had few players arrive late due to a crash we took the lead through James withe 20/30 mins in and held are own but Tarporley pulled one back and could of had another tbf HT second half not the best performances heavy legs injury’s fairly even match Tarporley hitting the bar but we kept coming and couldn’t break down the defence of Tarporley 75 mins in went down to 10 men and seen the game out a draw a fair result and we remain unbeaten all the best to Tarporley on league and rest of season massive shout out the foresters putting on food for the lads we move on to the next one up the vets 💙🖤

Man of match fowler bossed it in the middle even when we had 10 men 👏
