Picked our two race victories for ours - Mixed Relay in Macclesfield last week with and and our doubles victory of last year, again in Macclesfield.
DM us if you can't work out how to do it on the website.

We have a bit of "fixture congestion" (as they say in football)..
On the weekend 5/6th September, we have qualified for the .dozen World Championships in Crystal Palace, London and the Champions Event in Delamere, Cheshire.
Whilst, Delamere is close to home and lovely surroundings. We can't help ourselves being draw into the lure of a World Championship.
So we are off to London to give Deadly Dozen our best shot.
It also happens to be Louise's birthday weekend, so will have to find to celebrate that too.
..and we have a Deka, a half marathon and a European 10km challenge between now and then!

Hybrid Work out of the Week for 8th June 2026 from Team Rees Fitness
After a spell of nice weather we are all looking forward to our summer holidays.
This weeks work out is a nice balance of cardio and full body weights to get that beach body started.
It is 4 sets in total with each set finishing off with a burst on a different cardio machine.
The weighted exercises are
50m Overhead carry, get a nice heavy plate for this one (50m isn't far!), lock your arms out overhead and walk
40m Weighted Lunges - Good for the glutes and quads, take a dumbbell or kettlebell in each hand and push through 40m of lunges, make sure the back knee touches the floor.
30m Burpee Broad jumps - time to get the heart rate up, with a bit of leg power and core work. Perform a burpee (chest touching the floor at the bottom) and then bounce forward. Repeat until you have covered 30m
20 Sn**ch - Shoulder, back and legs get a workout here. Pick a (heavy) dumbbell up from the floor with one hand and in one rapid movement lock it out overhead. Repeat with the opposite arm. 20 in total
Wallballs - Pick up a wall ball. Squat down as low as you can and then as you stand launch the wall ball upwards so it hits the wall around 8foot up
At the end of this set pick a cardio machine and power through 500m (1000m Bike).
Complete the whole thing four times in total finishing with a different cardio machine. After all this you deserve a cocktail in the sun. You are done!

"Data gathered from decades-long studies suggested that carrying out regular resistance or weight training over an extended period can significantly lower the chance of death from heart disease and stroke.
The benefits also included reducing the risk of death from neurological disease.
Experts said it was further evidence that strength-based training can help prevent or delay poor health and could ease pressure on overstretched health services."
