We are already in the swing of things after a lovely summer recharge! ☀️✨

As summer gently gives way to autumn, the Equinox invites us to pause for a moment and find our balance.

A time of equal light and dark.
A time to notice what we’re ready to let go of, and what we want to carry forward.
A time to turn our attention inward. 🌿

This week’s yoga class will be a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and create a little space amongst the busyness of life.

Expect movement, breath, grounding and relaxation — with a little autumnal magic woven through. 🍁
