If I told you to stop brushing your teeth, you'd probably think I was crazy.
Why? Because at first, everything would seem fine. But over time, your teeth would weaken, problems would appear, and eventually you'd pay the price.
So why do so many people think it's okay to stop training?
Your body works in a very similar way. At first, you might not notice much difference. But gradually, your body starts getting rid of the muscle you've built because it no longer needs it. Old aches and injuries can creep back in, your energy drops, you feel more tired, and getting started again becomes even harder.
This is a little bit of tough love, but it comes from a good place.

Iโve just finished a 30-minute walk and clocked up nearly 5,000 steps. That means I could hit 10,000 with:
โข 2 x 30-minute walks
โข 4 x 15-minute walks
โข A few short walks spread throughout the day
The ๐๐๐ isn't doing it all at onceโthe ๐๐๐ is to keep moving.
Every step counts. Whether you fit it in before work, on your lunch break, after dinner, or by taking the stairs instead of the lift, it all adds up.
