Aidan K Forster's first A class Muay Thai bout against the UK #9 Jay Nolan showed he belongs at that level. Not the result that we wanted but to successfully navigate 5x3 mins round fighting full Thai rules is a huge plus. Aidan fought super smart in the first two rounds and just let the fight run away from him in the scoring the last three rounds. No excuses, we know he's capable of more than he showed but we are realistic in our expectations - grateful for the opportunity to test ourselves at a high level - too many people rushing to somewhere they might not be ready for when they get there 🧠

Congratulations to Dexter winning again yesterday in Leeds against a very talented, previously undefeated opponent. Huge credit to Dexter who has literally dedicated his life for the last six weeks to training six days per week!

I'd also like to say a massive thank you to Ashleigh who spends countless hours training, planning and developing these kids coming through our system. There's a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to get the best out of your children and their happiness and health is always the priority.

As happy as we are to seeing these kids win, it's even more pleasing to see the attitude, discipline, dedication and commitment these kids are showing at such a young age.

We have classes that cater for everyone Monday to Thursday 6:30 till 8:30...take advantage of these two hour classes while you can 😁

Not the results we wanted today however the results don't define the performance. As with every fight we come away with things to be proud of and lessons learned!

Lucas faced a fiery opponent from Thai Fist. It was a promising start. Lucas was calm, composed and held his shape. He looked the strongest I've seen him. A mistimed block of a low kick caught his knee cap causing it to pop out and the referee stopped the fight immediately. Unfortunately these accidents happen but he lives to fight another day, even has a nice swollen egg on the side of his knee to take home.

Spencer fought a very competitive bought against a strong lad from Lumpini gym. It was fast paced and high power from the get go. Spencer landed some great punches, had strong defence and a great knees in the clinch. He gave it his absolute all but got outworked and swept and his opponent took the medal.

Every fight is an experience and we will be back in the gym on Monday regardless. Well done boys 🥊

Two big fights for the boys on the one of the countries biggest shows...and two wins via KO

First up we had Aidan K Forster putting in his most impressive performance to date dispatching his game opponent in the first round with clinically accurate punches transferring what we do in training daily to the ring is no mean feat - well done 👊🏻

Next up Dan fought a very good and experienced fighter (again!) and put on a knee and elbow clinic dropping his opponent 4 times en-route to a 3rd round stoppage.Dan is known as being one of the most technical fighters out there, but also showed he has the grit and heart to compete with the best ♥️
