Saturday 4th July - MGP - Queen of Combat UK - Lanch’s debut ALL female combat sports show.
THREE Lab Ladies will be fighting - Maddie, Clara and Ellen.
 
Saturday 11th July - U16’s GRADINGS for 4-6, 7-11 and 12-15 yrs - Times TBC. 
ALSO Machine MMA Show we have James fighting. 
 
Monday 13th July - GIRLS ONLY MMA final class where parents/guardians/family are invited to attend, watch & support. 
This is also TERM END for 4-6 years and Girls MMA.
 
Friday 17th July - TERM END 7-11 years MMA
(12-15 years Teen MMA continues until the last two weeks of Summer Holidays). 
 
Wednesday 22nd July 7pm - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Grading in the GI 🥋

Saturday 25th July - The Lab Birthday BBQ & Bouncy Castle, we celebrate 15 years of The Lab, at The Lab 12-3pm, all members and families welcome.

Our Girls Only MMA 7-15 years program has become increasingly popular 🔥

In this class we cover not only MMA…we cover dealing with hair grabs, how to launch elbows, which parts of an attacker to aim for, 2 on 1 attackers and never ever letting anyone get a hold of us. It has to be one of our busiest classes here at The Lab.

I’m so proud to announce we now have Lab Student Sophia on board with us helping out with this class.

Sophia has trained with us for 18 months now, she is such a positive, hard working person in our adult classes (the ladies love her) and we have no doubt she will be a wonderful inspiration for the younger generation.
