Good form and technique aren’t just important when you’re learning an exercise, they’re important every time you do it.
As fatigue sets in and the weights get heavier, it’s easy for technique to start slipping. That’s why our coaches are always on hand to guide, support, and make adjustments throughout your session.
Training with good form not only helps keep you safe, it also helps you get the most from every movement and every rep.
At Compound, coaching doesn’t stop after day one. We’re here to support your progress every step of the way!

Progress isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s just showing up.
And sometimes, that’s more than enough 💪

Kettlebells are for much more than just kettlebell swings 💪
They’re a really versatile piece of equipment and can be used for everything from squats and presses to deadlifts, carries, and core work.
Because of their shape and movement, kettlebells are great for building strength, balance, coordination, and control all at once.
They can also work really well for beginners, helping you learn movement patterns in a simple and controlled way while building confidence in the gym.
Another piece of equipment that might look intimidating at first… but is actually incredibly useful once you know how to use it.

Quick… place your bets 😄
Are they…
A) Recovering after a great session
OR
B) Pretending to stretch so the workout can’t start 😂
We may never know 💪
We sat down and had a little chat with Zac about why he got into coaching.

This is a close grip cable attachment. Or you might of heard it being called a V Bar!
You’ll often see it used for exercises like seated rows to help train the back, shoulders, and arms.
Cable movements are great because they keep constant tension on the muscles and can feel really controlled and beginner friendly when used correctly.
Another example of gym equipment that might look intimidating at first… but really isn’t once you know how to use it 👍

‘“Just casually look at the screen… no one will notice we’ve forgotten the workout plan” 🤭
We’re joking of course 😄
But having the session plan displayed on screen is one of the ways we help keep training simple and easy to follow.
It helps you stay on track, know what’s coming next, and focus on your own progress while still having the support of your coach throughout the session
