We’re moving to Momence 🎉

From 2 June, all bookings, memberships and class credits will move over to our new system and app, powered by Momence.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Our current Mindbody app will no longer be available from 2nd June.

• You’ll need to download our new Bloom Reformer Studio app.

• Please check that the email address on your account is correct.

• All memberships, class credits and future bookings will be transferred across for you. No action needed.

• On Monday 1 June, you’ll receive an email asking you to reset your password and activate your new account.

We’ll be on hand all week to help anyone who has any questions or runs into any issues during the switch.

100 classes down.

A little bloom policy update

From 1st June, our cancellation window will change from 24 hours to 12 hours.

If you cancel within 12 hours of class, the class credit will be lost.
If you no-show completely, a £5 fee will apply.

We know life happens. Work runs over. Kids get ill. Traffic is chaos. Sometimes the sofa wins.

But when classes are fully booked and people cancel last minute, reformers sit empty while somebody else missed their chance to get in.

As a small studio with limited spaces, every booking matters and this helps us keep classes fair for everybody trying to book.
