🏉 PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT! 🙌

This video is a brilliant example of why practice is so important when it comes to passing and catching! 👏

It doesn’t always go perfectly first time… there might be a few dropped balls, some interesting passes and the odd one that ends up nowhere near where it was supposed to! 😂

But that’s exactly how children learn.

With practice, patience and plenty of encouragement, those passes become more accurate, the catches get cleaner and suddenly… BOOM! They’ve got it! 💪🏉

❤️ Parents, your encouragement really does make a difference.
Celebrate the attempts, not just the successful catches. Encourage them to have another go when things don’t work out, and let them enjoy the process of learning.

Because it’s not about being perfect straight away — it’s about building confidence, coordination, resilience and a love of being active one attempt at a time.

So next time the ball hits the floor, don’t worry… just pick it up and have another go! 😄🏉

Keep practising, keep encouraging and keep having fun!

🏉💥 THURCROFT RUGBYTOTS HAD IT ALL THIS MORNING! 💥🏉

What a morning! 😂

We had plenty of cheek from the children (as per usual 🙄😂), some fantastic effort on show, loads of brilliant rugby skills, yet more new faces to welcome to our classes… and, in a Rugbytots first, a refusal to win the teddy bear! 🧸🤣

Yep, you read that right… normally the teddy is the most coveted prize in the building, but apparently today it was just too much pressure! 😂 So much so that Coach Jez also forgot to capture all the winners so Billy stands alone today!! 🤳👏

Add in plenty of laughter, a sprinkling of chaos and lots of happy little faces and you've got another cracking morning at Thurcroft! ❤️🏉

Well done Tots — top effort, top skills and, as always, plenty of entertainment for Coach Jez!

Same time next week? Bring on the chaos! 😜🏉
