I led my first class today!! I am so happy it went well and the Framwellgate Moor ladies enjoyed it. After being chronically ill for nearly a decade it’s the first time I have achieved something that’s out of my comfort zone. If I can do it anyone can!

An appreciation post for the wonderful SwingFit helpers who make SwingFit classes so easy to run. These ladies give up their time to make sure everyone who attends feels happy and welcome. They even find time to support and dance with a trainee before class starts!

Two of my most favourite things- SwingFit and my rescue dog Minnie. Getting excited to launch my classes in September now. Thank you to all the ladies from the Meadowfield class today who supported me whilst I danced at the front of the class. Your support means the world to me!

Today I secured three new venues for my SwingFit classes. I am so excited!! I will announce the details in the next few days. After a really busy week I’ve set aside some time to focus on my training. It’s not all about dancing and learning the routines, it’s about learning how to build a successful business that will provide ladies with the opportunity to have fun and exercise, in a community where friendship, joy and laughter are prioritised. And don’t forget the coffees, cakes and chat after every class!
I’m sitting here all warm and snuggly inside,watching the rain whilst reminiscing about our SwingFit Band Night a few weeks ago, wishing we could do it all again very soon…
