Angels had another team playing at the Morley Tournament yesterday and this time it was a mixed team with both Men and Women!

Mandy, Bex, Evie, Debbie and Shelley all played and so did partners, family and friends.

The Angels had 4 games and won 3 but unfortunately didn’t make it to the finals.

It was all for a good cause and the tournament allowed Morley to raise £1623 for Cancer Research UK!

On Sunday, 4 of our Angels headed over to the Drighlington Devils tournament!

Leah, Toni and Ellie played for Aireborough Belters Official who won each game and were the winners for their group!

Millie was asked to team up with Birstall Blazers who also won every game and came out the winners for their group!

Thank you to all organisers and umpires for a great day!

Starting September, Ardsley Angels will be playing in the 50 Ball Slog. Whilst some of our team have played previously, this will be our first year as a full team!

Some rules are different for everyone to learn and will require a lot of organisation as well as some players playing in new spots!
