Bayes Active - Eastbourne

Many of you know Annette Huggett. She has been a member of Bayes Active for 15 yrs attending regularly and keeping herself fit. Tragically in January she was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour only part of which was able to be removed by an operation. She has found some treatment from the States called Optune which is regularly prescribed for patients there but sadly is unavailable on the NHS here and her private health insurance is refusing to assist with any funding. This treatment could prolong her life but without it her prognosis is very poor as the tumour will regrow.
The treatment costs over £17,500 per month. We would like to help
Lovely Annette in any way that we can and will be doing some fun fundraising activities shortly which I hope you all will join in with but it would be so great if anyone could make a personal donation, no matter how small.
