Here’s why every relationship seems to come with a side order of anxiety 👇
You notice he’s not replied for 5 1/2 hours and your brain starts spiralling.
You start mentally preparing yourself for rejection no matter how your dates have been going.
And you swallow things you’d normally say because keeping the connection feels more important.
The dating podcast you listen to says it’s because you’re choosing the wrong men.
Your therapist explains to you how your ruptured relationship with your dad makes you choose emotionally unavailable men.
And yeah, sometimes you are drawn to the emotionally unavailable f*ckboys that give you every reason to be anxious.
🫢 But you can change who you choose and still end up like a nervous wreck while you’re waiting for him to commit 4 months into dating.
That’s why in my world we start by changing the self concept from which you relate:
❤️🔥 We turn you into the woman who expects to be chosen.
❤️🔥 We get your nervous system to normalise being claimed so that you actually feel safe in connection instead of waiting for the shoe to drop.
❤️🔥 We address the parts within you that run from the epic love story you want because they’ve learnt rejection and abandonment are more normal than being loved.
➡️ This is why I created a free self concept blueprint for you:
It breaks down what your self concept in love actually is, why simply repeating affirmations hasn’t changed sh*t, and gives you daily practices to start embodying a different version of yourself in love.
Because stressful relationships don’t have to be your norm.
Your norm can be a love that lets you feel safe to be yourself without constantly preparing for an end that may not even happen.
