Helping frustrated coaches and PT's to transition & thrive online. ...

When I committed to marrying 4 years ago, it was the most sincere promise I’d ever made.

But I need to be honest…

I’ve made a more sincere promise since then

When Sarah’s mum, Morag, was lying in her bed on the final night in the hospice before she died…

I held her hand, gave her a kiss on the head, and told her that I promise to always look after Sarah for the rest of my life.

THAT, was the most sincere promise I’ve ever made

And one I feel incredibly lucky to be able to keep

Love you 🖤

And love you wherever you are 🖤

By no means done yet…

But one step closer to having a physical HQ for The OC 👌🏻

(This is building number 5 - so not gonna get too excited yet)

Nobody books the best coach…

They book the one they can’t forget.

Go quiet and watch how fast you get forgotten 💭

The tool I’m using to ideate & create content 🏴‍☠️

I’ll start by saying I’m anything but proud of this time 🤣

But watching do her ultra made me realise something that I’m not that proud of…

I’ve got comfortable.

I built a body, did a shoot.

Broke my arm, got good at running.

Built a business, paid off the house.

But then, it happened…

I stopped playing to win

And I started playing not to lose.

I took my foot off the gas, without even noticing.

The change wasn’t a landslide, it was a slow adjustment to invisible lower standards.

And watching Sarah run her ultra, the penny dropped.

For someone that used to be much fitter than they are now, this is far from my proudest moment…

So please consider this my application form to return to my former glory
