Looking for a fun, supportive way to stay active? Join instructor Berni, who is passionate about helping people improve their strength, mobility and confidence through movement.

Keep on Moving
📍 Riverside Leisure Centre
📅 Fridays | ⏰ 10:30am–11:15am

A low-impact, full-body workout to uplifting music, designed to improve mobility, balance, strength and coordination. Using light weights, Pilates balls and gentle cardio, this class can be completed seated or standing and supports your social, mental and physical wellbeing.

Keep on Moving: Walking Mobility

Enjoy an inclusive, low-impact walking class in a safe, open-air environment. Focusing on joint mobility, balance, flexibility and steady walking intervals, it's a great way to keep moving and feel your best.
