This is what the Play Emporium now looks like upstairs! It's a £1 clothes shop! Interesting how things pan out 🤔

We have a huge load of kids toys and clothes for £1 each in what used to be Play Emporium 🥰

**£1** Toys, kids books, kids clothes, soft toys, and fancy dress as donated to our not for profit secondhand CIC are all out for you to play with and if you want to keep them they are only £1 each to buy - including the lovely wooden tricycle and wooden pram! All money will go to our CIC. Available to Play Emporium customers only and not the public at this stage.

Our next venture is selling every day items in our warehouse for £1 each as a way to help people afford things like clothes, toys, craft items ect. I know myself that even on an average to ok income I feel like I'm counting pennies all the time yet I have so much stuff I never use that someone else could make use of. So far the donations have been incredible! I think this will be the best thing we've ever done!

**This weekend** please note this is our second from last weekend open ever! And importantly we are ONLY open until 14:30, with last admission at 12:30 on both Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th

The craft shop is still open as per normal until 17:30

Saturday 18th will be the last day open with only 3 sessions available. These sessions will be higher capacity than normal and will have a party vibe with disco lights, hot dogs, balloons, party music and more! You can book online via our website for the closing party sessions

If you are visiting from tomorrow onwards we are selling our fancy dress for £1 an item (aside from the jazzy coats which are actually my own!) We are also selling kids clothes, adults clothes, books, toys and home decor for £1 an item as part of our new Thrift Warehouse venture that will replace Play Emporium. If you are visiting please consider bringing some items to donate too! We are trying to create a central location to buy secondhand items at affordable prices covering lots of different categories!

**Final tickets left** for our Family Friendly New Years Eve Disco!

We have two NYE parties for families. An earlier one for very little children from 4pm until 6pm with a fake countdown at the end. We will have clocks around the building with the 'pretend' time to keep the illusion that it is midnight. And a second disco for the whole family from 7pm until 10pm with a fake countdown at 8pm.

Hotdogs, snacks, hot drink and cold drinks available. Alcoholic slushies and a small bar for the adults. Fancy dress encouraged! Cost £7.50pp including booking fee. Disco and seating downstairs, games and more seating upstairs. Play Emporium is closing on January 18th to make way for a thrift warehouse opening in February 2025, so this will be a one off event!
