An easy paced loop along the gravel and well-packed trails of Haldon Forest Park. The Haldon Trail Runners meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm. Two groups set off to run about 10km, with one group aiming to run a bit more quickly than the other. We’ll start at the same time as them, but we’ll take a gentler approach for those interested in jogging 5K in about 45 minutes. Come along. Check us out. See you there! (All are welcome, registration not required.)

Kid Friendly Gym Hour! Every Saturday at 11:00am
❓ What is this hour all about?
ℹ️ It’s about parents and caregivers having the opportunity to exercise without the need for childcare. The kids are welcome to be within the gym space while the adults work out.
❓ What will the little ones do while we exercise?
ℹ️ Bring activities for them or invite them to exercise alongside you; but embrace the opportunity to put your child down and exercise with your hands free. With the support of the trainer and the fellow adults, we’ll all work together to keep the littles corralled (happy and safe). It takes a village.
❓ What will the adults do?
ℹ️ Holly will provide (and guide) a full body workout. You’re also free to do your own thing. This is your time!
