Afternoon everyone!
The FRC Saturday social run on 20th June will be from The Punchbowl & Ladle at Feock.
Meet in the pub carpark at 9.15am for a 9.30 start. Will be an off road jaunt down to the river n back…tis not far..
Breakfast at 10.45…These need a pre order too…I always seem to pick ‘em don’t I!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol
Menu attached…the 3rd one is the children’s menu but same as large or small init 🤷🏻‍♀️
Please let me know by Thursday evening your choices if poss so I can give them the numbers.

No Saturday social run for the next 2 weeks (June 6 and 13th) as no organiser available.
If you fancy a run though why not try a local Park Run, they are great fun and free. If you want your time recorded make sure you register first!

We’re meeting at Falmouth Golf Club tonight NOT the Cricket Club. 18:45, park in the car park and enter your reg via the iPad

The FRC Saturday social run on May 30th will be from Bon Appetit at Twelveheads. Meet in the lay-by on the right just before the cafe at 9.15 am for 9.30am run out and back along the trail. Breakfast at 10.30 but remember seating is outside, so bring layers / suncream / umbrella ! Please let me know by Thursday evening I can give the cafe numbers. Thanks. Tandy

No official Saturday Social this Saturday due to the bank holiday. But some of us will be meeting at Penrose parkrun for parkrun and breakfast at Helston Wetherspoons afterwards. Please come along! Or if you don't fancy that, Penryn Campus parkrun are always looking for volunteers and is a good challenge to run.

Saturday social run on May 16th will be from Via Ferrata at Halvasso followed by breakfast at Cornish Barista. 9.15 for a 9.30 run. Route suitable for all, trail shoes advisable. Please park in the overflow carpark which is first on the left as you go into Via Ferrata. I need to know numbers for the cafe by Thursday so please let me know if you are coming.

Saturday social run next week (May 9th ) will be along the Bissoe trail, meet at St. Piran’s cafe so we can breakfast there after.
Gather at 9.15 am for a run start at 9.30 with breakfast at 10.30. Out and back so you can run as far and as fast as you want! Lots of you doing Trevornick so a last gentle stretch and fuel up opportunity! Please let me know by Thursday if you are coming so I can give the cafe numbers. Thanks , Tandy
