HMS Collingwood SARC - GYM

‼️Attention‼️ HMS Collingwood’s Swimming Pool will be closed from 11-13 of December due to window repairs. The car parking spaces directly in front of the SARC will also be closed due to scaffolding.

HMS Collingwood will be hosting a Unit Health Fair on Wed 13 Nov from 1400-1600 at Howe Building. All military personnel and civilian contractors are encouraged to attend. It will be a great event which will include: free bra fitting for all personnel from team Pebe, free baked goods from the Protein Baker, free gizzits and advice from a variety of charities and health and wellbeing companies.

Due to maintenance HMS Collingwood’s Swimming Pool will be closed until further notice.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

A message will be sent out once the pool has been reopened.

AMENDMENT!! The week commencing Monday 15th January CrossFit Jutland classes will be taking place every Tuesday & Thursday from 0600-0700 at HMS Collingwood’s Functional Suite. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. All movements will be taught and can be scaled to suite each individuals ability.

CrossFit Jutland session timings will be changing W/C Monday 27th November and will be taking place every Tuesday from 1630-1730 and Thursday from 0600-0700. You can sign up to classes on the board outside of the Functional Suite. Any questions contact LPT Holly Cole at the SARC.

HMS COLLINGWOOD- Autumn term swimming pool timetable

There will be a Unit Health Fair taking place at HMS Collingwood (CWD) SARC on Wednesday 5th July from 1430-1600. All CWD ships company and civilian contractors are welcome to attend. ATTENTION RUNNERS WANTED!

A team of 5 from HMS Collingwood is entering the Man Vs Mountain Race up Mount Snowdon. The race consists of a 23mile run, vertical kilometre abseil, quarry jump and lake swim. The race takes place on Sat 2nd Sep. There are still 3 spaces left on the team. Any personnel who are interested are to contact LPT Cole at the SARC.
