Behind every successful journey is someone who helps carry the load when things get tough ❤️
Over the last 12 weeks, Megan has been there through every high and low. From cooking meals, joining me on countless steps, listening to me complain when calories were low, pushing me when I needed it most, and supporting me every single day without fail.
While my name might be attached to the photos, this result is just as much hers as it is mine. There’s no way I get through 12 weeks of hard work, sacrifice, and discipline without her in my corner.
Thank you for the encouragement, patience, support, and for always believing in me, even on the days I doubted myself.

I didn’t expect to get into the top 15, never mind top 2 🤣
What a night at the ball 👏

So what now? 💭
One of the biggest things this process has taught me is that fitness isn’t an on/off switch… it’s a dial.
There will be periods where the dial is turned right up to a 10 🔥
Where you’re fully locked in, pushing hard, chasing a big goal and holding yourself to a very high standard.
But there will also be times where the dial sits at a 7 👍
And that’s okay too.
Not every season has to be all-out. The key is learning how to adjust without completely falling off.
So what now for me?
Honestly… not a whole lot changes. Apart from a few handfuls of pick n mix making their way back in 🍬😂, much of the same is staying the same.
Training still stays in.
Tracking still stays in.
Daily habits still stay in.
I’ve got a holiday at the end of July, so the aim now is simple: maintain this shape, enjoy a little more balance, and keep building good habits without feeling like I need to be “all in” 24/7.
Because the goal now isn’t just getting in shape… it’s building a lifestyle I can actually sustain 👊

And just like that… we’re into Week 12 of the 12 Week Peak 🥲
It’s fair to say the last few weeks have been a whirlwind of emotions, with plenty of highs and lows along the way.
Not to mention a few b***h fits 😅
But hand on heart, this has been one of the best fitness experiences I’ve ever had. 👏
The early mornings, the tired legs, the sacrifices, and the moments where motivation was nowhere to be found have all been worth it.
This process has reminded me that incredible things can happen when you commit to a plan, trust the process, and keep showing up even when it gets tough.
One final week to leave it all on the table.
Let’s finish what we started. 😤

It’s crazy how one number can mess with your head.
You step on the scale, it’s up… and suddenly it feels like you’ve undone everything.
I’ve been there. Most people have.
But the truth is - your body doesn’t work in straight lines.
There are so many things happening behind the scenes… water, stress, sleep, food choices… that number can change without any real setback.
So if this is you right now, take a breath.
You haven’t failed. You’re not off track.
You’re just in the middle of the process.
Keep showing up. Keep doing the basics well. It will come down.
