I've been a coach for over a decade but 2 years ago, Bryony and I took a bet on each other.
No roadmap, no safety net, just a shared belief that we could build something together that mattered.
What I didn't realise back then is starting a business with your wife doesn't just test the business, it tests everything.
How you communicate, how you handle pressure, how you show up on the days you have nothing left to give and how not to let it affect your marriage.
It's been far from perfect, there's been some tough conversations and honestly?
Through all of it, she's been the steady one. The one who believed it before I did, the one who believed in me when I wanted to stop, the one who stepped up and did what was needed to provide a better service for our clients and who reminded me why we started every time I forgot.
People warned us. "Don't mix business and marriage." But they didn't know her and they didn't know us.
She's not just my partner in this company. She's the reason there is one.
Two years in, and the only thing I'm more proud of than what we've built is who I get to build it with.

We are super proud to share the accomplishments of oor Valerie who has absolutely smashed her 2025 transformation.
Valerie had already gotten into incredible shape mid-way through the year but she accepted our challenge of a photo shoot to see how far she could push herself.
She's built the awareness around nutrition, discipline in her training, learned about her body, what it can do how to manage her body composition when in and out of the country and is feeling better than she has in decades.
As if that wasn't enough, she's built some incredible connections, friendships and now her husband is on this journey because he's seen the positive change our programme has made to Valerie and her life.
So this is my message to you.
It's never too late, you're never too unfit or incapable of making huge change and you're never too beyond getting the help and coaching you need as long as you ask for it in the right places...
