Sunday 7th June, 12-3pm, Powerlifting Seminar. Learn the technique and rules for Squat, Bench & Deadlift.

This seminar will be great for new lifters, experienced lifters that want to go over technique and the rules of powerlifting and people that have signed up to our meet on 28th June.

That’s a wrap on our powerlifting meet as part of Qeltic Games. Well done everyone, such a lovely day, PBs, joy & support.

Next up is the official launch of NGPF the first Non Gendered Powerlifting Federation which will be part of LEAP Sports Scotland Festival Fortnight. The event will take place on Sunday June 28th and will have the opportunity to compete and to try out powerlifting with our coaches.

Just taking a moment to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who trains with us you make this unit so special. Whether you come to Q***r Strong Saturdays, Uplifted courses, Leap Sports courses or 1-1 sessions with our coaches, we love you and are grateful that you choose to support us and what we do.

In such hard times we hope to keep providing a space for people to train, socialise, talk, feel & be celebrated for exactly who they are and accepted wherever they are at.
