Fi Channon Yoga

Last night I held my 16th Sound Healing session in Quedgeley. I based the meditation on a Shamanic healing journey that I went on some years ago. It was very powerful and seemed to help release some emotions in some of the participants. Not only that but I had the best night's sleep ever! If you've never tried it the next one will be in July. I will put it up on my website.

Tuesday morning Yoga classes will continue in Kingsway Community Centre at 9.30am if you would like to come. I have spare mats if necessary. You would be most welcome whatever your level.

Great yoga this morning and we welcomed two new people who had seen the advertising outside. Hoping the word will spread and the class will grow.
