Not the result the ladies wanted today but what a shift each and everyone of them put in.

With a few injuries early on putting players out of position, Winchcombe took advantage of this with 2 well worked goals close together in the first half but going forward Mitch managed to hold them off and have a few chances themselves in the second half.

Lots to take away into next weeks game where the ladies are back on the road facing Bradley Stoke.

First game of the season complete✅

The ladies put on a very strong performance for their first game back in a new division and also having not played any preseason friendlies. Well done all!

Honourable mention for our youngest player Cody. It was Cody’s first game for us and also first game in ladies football. She has been training with us for a few weeks now and she amazed us all with her strength and footwork on the pitch. Well done Cody💙

Maz made multiple great saves today that kept us in the game. We are so glad to have her back this season doing what she does best between the posts. Well done Maz💙
