Full Moon & Imbolc Soundscape 🌕✨🌱

A pause to rest & reset under the Leo Full Moon & on Imbolc, the midway point between winter & spring. A time for renewal & making space for what is beginning to grow as we head towards the light returning.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork before sinking into a deeply restorative sound journey with gongs, crystal bowls & other instruments.

February’s Classes ✨

I’m still very much wintering over here, so there are limited classes being held next month again.

Imbolc marks the halfway point of winter & I’m offering a couple of sessions on the 1st to honour this shift. We’re also welcoming the fiery Leo Full Moon on the exact same day, ruled by the Sun ☀️ a sense of light returning in so many ways 🫶

The Aquarius New Moon two weeks later also falls on the same day as Chinese New Year, marking the beginning of the Fire Horse year 🔥 So many beautiful synchronicities.

On the 22/2, I’ll be holding my Winter Retreat Day. By then, I imagine you’ll have had plenty of rest & reflection, & this day will feel like a gentle completion of intentions you’re almost ready to plant as we move closer to Spring.

222 carries the energy of balance, alignment & trust. A reminder that everything is unfolding exactly as it needs to.

Capricorn New Moon 🌑

This has been a heavy Capricorn season
& it’s meant to be

The energy is focused
Concentrated
More demanding than usual

This New Moon isn’t asking for excitement
It’s asking for resolve
A mature decision point
Applying everything you’ve learned this month

With Mercury & Mars involved

2016 - 2026 ✨

What a year 2016 was! The start of my Saturn return, ready to completely blow up my life in my face to put me on the right path.

Me & my ex fiancé split up. A relationship that should have never even got to that point anyway & absolutely sucked the life out of me energetically 😂 Totally lost myself over those years & was completely miserable. Didn’t see family & friends or do anything, you know the type? We all have that bad one in our twenties I’m sure…

Same year I made a solid group of friends in Guildford through my friend Sophie & met Kul. He completely brought me back to myself ♥️

I won’t say the beginning wasn’t messy because it absolutely was! Transitioning from a bad relationship that made me feel worthless to ours. We very nearly didn’t make it & I was considering moving back home to the Lakes. When this song plays it reminds us both of that time of uncertainty. I was like a yo-yo.

But of course we also had so much FUN. I felt free, I felt like me again, I started going back to festivals, gigs, travelling, going out with friends & seeing family, lots of yoga practice & nature time! Everyone was so supportive 🫶

Also saw Adele live on my birthday & she was absolutely epic 🙌

So to sum up that year, even though it was awful at the time, it was also the best thing that’s ever happened to me ♥️

Here we are, still together 10 years later with our beautiful home, great careers, 4 cats & so many amazing memories together. We are very lucky.

Thank you Saturn you karmic badass for showing me my true path & of course for moving into that house share! 🙏 # # #

A gorgeous circle last night to close 2025 ✨

It’s been quite a year! I know so many of us have been moving through really tough times & this space at has held us deeply through so much of that.

Huge gratitude to Amanda & Adrian for creating such a beautiful venue. For the constant care, upgrades & love they pour into it. I bet not many of you remember the fairly bare yurt & shed loo with all the spiders way back when 😉 It’s grown massively 🤍

This is my 5th year teaching here. I have so many regulars who I adore, many who have become close friends & a couple I now call my yurt mums (I think you know who you are 🫶).

It’s always such an honour to create & hold this space for you, you hold it for me too. I truly don’t think I would have made it through everything this year without your support. What a beautiful community we’ve created ✨
