What a day for the Midgley U9 Blacks! 💛🖤

After finishing 4th in the group stage and battling their way into the semi-finals, the team showed incredible determination, resilience, and belief when it mattered most. A hard-fought 1–0 victory in the semi-final set up a place in the final, where the youngsters produced a brilliant performance to secure a 2–0 win and lift the trophy.

This was a team that never gave up, never stopped believing, and proved that character and teamwork can take you all the way. From scraping through the group stage to standing as champions, the boys showed the heart of winners every step of the journey.

We are on the look out for players to join Midgley United for the 26/27 season, with a current set up of 2 teams in the Yorkshire Amateur League.

Spring Fling hosted by Midgley United 💛🖤

Join us on the May 23rd from 6:30pm at The Old Brandy Wine!

£20 per ticket, which includes your first 2 drinks free and plenty of prizes to be won, including top-end skin care products.

All proceeds will be raised for our club and the money raised will be a matched donation to Andy’s Man Club, a great cause close to many in the club’s hearts.
