Full-time 💛🖤

It was dominant display from the Firsts all over the pitch. All three points were secured in a deserved win to make it three in a row. The performance warranted a clean sheet but a freak bobble helped the opposition get their only goal of the day.

The reserves’ game didn’t go ahead after the opposition forfeited due to lack of players.

Matchday 💛🖤

After a week off last week, the Reserves host Marsden Reserve at the Rec.

We look to continue our unbeaten run in the league and after a double over the visitors last season, we will be gunning for more of the same.

All support is welcome!

Matchday 💛🖤

A break from the league this week as all eyes are on the 1st round of the Hancock Cup! 🏆

The Midge host newly formed Field Olympic, who currently play in Division 2 of the YAL.

No fixture for the reserves this week, so we are hoping for a good turn out to support the firsts!

Full-time 💛🖤

The firsts are off the mark with a huge victory in the local derby. Two headed goals from .mcewan and a guided finish from sealed the win. All of the lads played their part and the performance justified the win. A special mention to between the sticks who was solid on the day 💪🏼

The reserves are out of the cup but go out with plenty of positives to take after a resilient performance against a team 3 divisions above. Full focus is now on the league, as we look to continue the positive start we’ve had.

Thank you for all of your support across both teams!

Matchday 💛🖤

Gameweek 3 sees the Midge travel down the road to local rivals, Hebden Royd Red Star. The fixture has proved to be a competitive derby over the years and this is the first meeting between the sides since the 23/24 season.

It has been a contrasting start for both teams and we look to pick up our first points of the season.

Let’s get a good turn out down at White Lee 💪🏼

Full time 💛🖤

Another disappointing result for the firsts as 3 points are dropped to Garforth Rangers, who were the better team on the day.

The points are shared for the Reserves. We couldn’t hold onto a 2-0 lead courtesy of Jonathan Gibson and a 30 yard screamer from Ryan Jefferys.

Full focus goes onto next week to make up for previous results.
