🏔️❤️ 20 YEARS OF BEN NEVIS — AND A BRAVEHEARTS TRADITION THAT MEANS SO MUCH.
Every year after we climb Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain, we come together, plenty of laughs and one of my favourite Bravehearts traditions — our annual hike & presentation. 🥃🏔️
This year will be particularly special.
2026 marks 20 years since mum passed then we started hiking Ben Nevis in memory of my mum, Katie McMillan. ❤️
What started as a climb in her memory has become an annual Bravehearts tradition, bringing so many incredible people together and creating memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
Each year we also recognise two people with our Bravehearts Most Committed & Influential Male and Female Awards — not necessarily the fastest, strongest or fittest, but the people who consistently show up, encourage others, lead by example and make Bravehearts a better place simply by being part of it.
Pictured here are our 2024/25 winners, Paul Macskimming and Neeta Eli . 🏆👏
Two very deserving winners who represent exactly what these awards are all about.
Now the question is…
👀 Who will be taking these shields home after our 20th Anniversary Ben Nevis climb this year? 🏆 (link to vote this years winner will be open 1 week before hike)
One thing is guaranteed — it’s going to be an emotional and very special weekend.
20 years. One mountain. One very special reason. ❤️
For Mum. Always. 🏔️❤️
