😂❤️🐾 Paul Macskimming … THE LOVE STORY CONTINUES! 🤣

Well, after last night’s post about Paul taking time off because he was missing his coach too much while I was on holiday, I think things have taken a turn for the worse! 😂😂

Last night Paul actually phoned me to ask what T-shirt I was wearing to the gym this morning… because he wanted us BOTH wearing the same one! 👕👬❤️

Then this morning, after another cracking session, I shouted all the team round for a Team photo…

Only for Paul to pull me aside and say, “Can we just get one of me and you? I don’t want anybody else in it!” 🥹🤣❤️

So apologies to the rest of the team who turned up this morning… apparently you’re all just extras in mine and Paul’s love story! 😂😂

I’m starting to think two weeks away in Florida has really affected the wee man! 🤣

Same tops, matching smiles… I’m just waiting on him asking me to go on holiday with him next! ✈️👬😂

After months of hard work, painting, cleaning, moving equipment and getting everything ready, we’re finally just 2 DAYS AWAY from welcoming everyone through the doors! 💪

This Saturday, 10th October, the doors of Westburn Community Hall will finally be open to the public again — for the first time in over 6 years!

How long does it take? JUST 4 MINUTES! ⏱️🔥

With our brand-new gym only a 4-minute walk from Newton Train Station, getting to Bravehearts couldn’t be easier. So there really are no excuses! 😂🥊

🚗 Our new gym also has its own car park!

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR OPENING DAY:
Our car park will NOT be available for parking this Saturday, as the space will be used for stands, gazebos and everything we have planned for the big opening day.

Instead, please park at Newton Train Station car park, where there are plenty of spaces available, and it’s only a 4-minute walk to the gym! 🚶‍♂️

🥊🔥 MIDWEEK MADNESS AT BRAVEHEARTS! 🔥🥊

What a team! What a session! 💪❤️

buzzing to be back from holiday and back doing what I love most — putting this incredible bunch through their paces! 👊

Last night’s midweek evening crew absolutely SMASHED IT OUT THE PARK! 💥

The effort, the energy, the determination and, most importantly, the team spirit were second to none! 💯

There’s just something special about being surrounded by people who turn up, put the work in, push each other and still manage to have a laugh along the way! ❤️

I’ve definitely missed this madness while I’ve been away! 😂

I’ll share a wee post later today showing exactly what I put this lot through last night… and believe me, IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE BELTER OF A SESSION! 🥵🔥

No1 is expected to do more than what there capable of so that’s why our sessions are for EVERYONE!!

While I was away on holiday last week, Paul McSkimmies decided to take a little break of his own… apparently he was too homesick without his coach! 😂

One week without me and he just couldn’t cope! 🥲🤣

But thankfully, I’m back now and Paul is finally feeling himself again. ❤️

Safe to say, I’m just glad my little mate is okay and we’re reunited! 🥊🐾

Never underestimate how much your coach means to you… especially Paul McSkimmies! 😂❤️
