If you're feeling tired, choose sacred rest. You don't have to hurry or hustle; it's okay to slow down, get still, and hush.

The nhs.uk recently launched their "Refer yourself for NHS pregnancy care" online system.
NHS England is now running a short user-survey to understand how women and birthing people access maternity services at the start of their pregnancy, and how digital services can support this journey.

In this workshop we learn about your birthing body, and how we can use movement, positioning, gravity and facia manipulation to open the pelvis up, making as much room as possible for baby to get into a good position before, and during birth. This is a fun and interactive workshop that will give you skills and tools to take home and practice. You can do this workshop at any time during pregnancy from 12 weeks gestation to fully term.

Today is the Autumn Equinox and this changing of the season and the slowing down of the natural world is a time to remember that we humans are part of that natural world and it’s time for us also to slow down.
When we take as little as 10 minutes out of our day to practice one or two Restorative Yoga poses - or even better Savasana - we are not just helping ourselves but also our families, friends and the whole world.
Restorative Yoga helps us to shift our nervous systems so that we can respond to situations rather than react to them.
