Your body weight can change overnight.
Your body composition canโt.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is letting a single weigh-in dictate their mood, confidence, and decisions.
A higher scale weight doesnโt automatically mean fat gain.
It could be:
โข More glycogen stored from higher carbs
โข More water retention from sodium
โข Poor sleep or elevated stress
โข Food still being digested
โข Hormonal fluctuations
The scales only show your total body weight at that moment in time.
They do not tell you how much muscle youโve built, how much fat youโve lost, or how your physique is actually changing.
Stop obsessing over daily fluctuations.
Start looking at weekly trends, progress photos, performance in the gym, and how you actually look.
One weigh-in tells you nothing.
The trend tells you everything.

3x wins ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ in just 7 days for .p.t
Fresh off a fantastic weekend last week with a class win and Overall title, Reina backed it up again this weekend with another class win.
What makes this even more impressive is that neither of these shows were originally part of the plan. They were entered last minute for experience, stage time, and a bit of fun - well before we intended to start the season properly.
To come away with three wins in a week under those circumstances is a great reflection of the work thatโs been put in behind the scenes.
A brilliant start to the season, and weโre only just getting started ๐

Another solid weekend for , bringing home a 3rd and 5th place finish ๐ฅ
Itโs been a long first season on stage, but one thatโs delivered plenty of success along the way, including multiple top placings and Pro Cards.
The goal from day one was to keep improving from show to show, gain experience, and build a foundation for the future and thatโs exactly what weโve done.
Weโve got one final show this weekend before we close out the season and shift our focus towards what comes nextโฆ
A structured off-season, plenty of food, hard training, and GET GROWING

Great result for at the weekend, bringing home 2x 2nd place finishes ๐ฅ๐ฅ
This prep wasnโt as straightforward as we would have liked. We hit a few bumps along the way, but credit to Jenn - she never took her foot off the gas, stayed focused, trusted the process, and got the job done.
The work ethic, consistency, and commitment throughout were second to none. When things werenโt perfect, she adapted and kept pushing forward.
She put in the work and walked away with her strongest results yet.

4 weeks into our diet phase
Nice recomp here .ann.lum
No plans to compete this year - which honestly puts us in a very good position.
Instead of rushing back to stage condition, weโve got 12+ months to actually build. More time to improve performance, bring up weaker areas, stay in a productive place physiologically, and grow without forcing the process.
So the goal is , we get lean , then we get back into a surplus and finish phase 2 of the off season

One of the biggest parts of coaching an athlete is : saving them from themselves.
The more obsessed someone becomes with the end goal, the more emotional the decision making gets.
more cardio = better
less food = faster
more suffering = more progress
When in reality, most physiques / preps are ruined by doing too much, too soon.
The best athletes arenโt the ones constantly changing things.
Theyโre the ones disciplined enough to execute the plan without letting emotion take over
