RAW’s resident legend Ian Needham has smashed the latest TT since January, and we are absolutely buzzing for his results!
*
Ian will be the first to admit that his level of training history is to a high standard, but the nutrition side always needed improving, and up stepped Jack Murphy to provide a plan that Ian could fit around his busy work life balance with a young family! The man is an absolute legend, whether he rocks up in the most outrageous football kits or kicks up a fuss about doing burpees, we wouldn’t have it any other way, and he is part of the furniture, and whether he wants to or not, we are never getting rid of him!

Not many words need to be said about this man, other than he deserves every last ounce of these results!!

One of RAW’s best friends (👍🏻👍🏻) it was an absolute privilege to see him work under Jack Murphy for the latest TT, and boy has he delivered!

He isn’t a man who will big himself up so we are more than happy to do it for him…
Coming through tough times and a very demanding work schedule, for Sam it was just a case of accountability and consistency. With strength increasing by a crazy amount each week, Sam literally messaged on the last day to say

‘Thank you mate, it’s been incredible and working with Jack has been amazing. I’m really pleased with the results considering everything I e been through, hope you guys are too. Best shape I’ve ever been in!! Strength has been ramping up week in week out too!’

And if there was a guy who deserves it, this is the man and we couldn’t be prouder of him, and we will unleash him into Community Rugby Club | Hitchin - Hertfordshire pre season now!

This is a weird post to write, but….
*
Finding yourself in a rut with training and nutrition and really putting your own health last when it is literally your career is a disappointing thing to admit, but it was the reality!
*
With plenty of excuses in the bag, I approached Jack Murphy and told him the goal. I personally deal better with people being harsh and to the point, so Jack more than delivered it!
*
Having a young family, trying to level up RAW and show up for my family every single day was tough but I can genuinely say that having the structure and accountability Jack introduced only made everything easier. It has ignited my hunger for my training, my lifestyle, and my productivity and I want to make this post as much about Jack, Carly and the incredible team at RAW, as it simply isn’t just a couple of photos, it is so much more, so this is a massive thank you, and more importantly, a promise to keep going!

Liam has been training with Jack Murphy for a good couple of years now, and has put on some solid muscle in that time! With a really good level of training history and phenomenal commitment, this was simply the next big push to get the results Liam really does deserve!
Training consistently was never an issue for Liam, but it was more of the nutritional structure and accountability that was slightly lacking, but also the pure belief that he could achieve these incredible results! Watching Liam in the shoot was an absolute pleasure as he started to shine after the initial nerves and showed the pure hard work and dedication he put in! To say this man deserved these unreal results is a massive understatement! A pure gent in the gym, a pure machine in the gym and a pure member of the

Jack Murphy yet again working his magic, when Carly found things tough, he reassured her, and when she was being a diva (unbelievably she can be!) he cracked the whip and she knuckled down again!

The woman is an inspiration to many, and she continues to push the boundaries of what is possible and although he are biased, this is fu***ng insane!!

Mr Pancutt, easily the greatest bloke on earth, let alone round here!

For those of you who train at RAW, you’ll first hand know how much of a top bloke Jon is, and thoroughly deserves these insane results, BUT for those who are yet to experience RAW, I can guarantee this man will welcome you in more than anyone!
*
These results couldn’t be any more deserving for Jon, a young family man who loves a pint at the footy, loves his family time and loves his true love Arsenal! So with this in mind, Jack Murphy built a plan that allowed Jon to enjoy his current lifestyle but have the accountability and structure he was slightly lacking to get results like these! Watching Jon first hand in the shoot was probably one of our proudest moments at RAW, seeing a guy who openly admits he was apprehensive, standing next to trainers, and man mountains in the shoot is always a daunting task, but to watch him flourish and own that stage like he deserved to do was a really heart warming moment!

I know Jon’s partner and little 1 are extremely proud of him, and the RAWFAM couldn’t be prouder to have him as a member, so we are delighted you achieved the results you deserve mate!
