🗣️ Please don’t spray directly onto the touch screen when cleaning. Spray the blue roll dirt then wipe the screens and treadmills down. Thank you 😁

We are looking forward to a fantastic September with the treadmills being replaced for new and upgraded models.

We are also waiting for a great piece of equipment from with 4 extra stations to choose from. Latt Pull Down/Seated Row/ Peck Fly and cable pulley.

We have added 3 new machines to our weights room. Thank you to for their incredible service and fantastic equipment. We are looking forward to working together and exclusively using them as our fitness equipment provider. 🖤🤍

We have a fantastic 4 station machine coming soon. With Peck Deck/Latt Pull Down/Seated Row and cable pulley stations.
