It was late last night when we posted our thanks (and it had been a very long day!), so here's a slightly longer version..

Thank you to everyone who attended our Meet the Riders event last night, your support truly is appreciated. There was certainly a "buzz" in the room and it was obvious that everyone is looking forward to the new season and the exciting times ahead for both the Witches and (hopefully) British Speedway in general. We'd like to say that Richard Coleman had "run out of words" by the end of the night, but we're not sure that could ever be true (sorry Richard!).

A huge thanks must go to Stephen Foz Foster for being a superb compere last night and who, at very short notice, had attended Foxhall on Wednesday to interview Tom Brennan, ensuring that everyone had a chance to view and hear Tom's thoughts for the coming season.

After a long winter, we can't wait for the season to start and look forward to working with and supporting the new promotion.

Many thanks to everyone who attended our Meet the Riders event tonight. We hope you enjoyed it and like us, are looking forward to the new season. Exciting times ahead!

It's our Meet the Riders event later. Unfortunately, due to events outside of our, the promotion and riders' control, we will be without Tom and Richard. The five remaining riders , team manager and new promotion will all be in attendance.

Missing riders is not anything we want to happen and we apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

Doors open at 7pm (please enter via the Willow Suite entrance only) for a 7.30pm start.

We have a busy week planned! Not only do we have our Meet the Riders event this Thursday at Venue 16 (last few remaining tickets available), we also have the monthly quiz the day before (Wednesday 25th) at Kesgrave Social Club

With the hall being unavailable in April, our next quiz won't be until Wednesday May 13th (we're reverting to our traditional 2nd Wednesday of the month), so this is your last chance to take part for a few weeks.
