These include; the calm, relaxing atmosphere of our pool area, a fully equipped and air-conditioned gym with instructors on hand to offer any help or advice you may need, both a class and Spin studio for our wide range of classes and a bar/restaurant/lounge area where you can have a sit down after exercise or meet up with family and friends. Situated on the main A12 in the East of Ipswich, we are in comfortable reach of many surrounding locations such as Woodbridge and the Suffolk Coastal area and offer a warm welcome to anybody that wants to come and use or look round the facilities at any time. Huge congratulations to our instructor Jack who took part in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition at the weekend 🤩

It was his first ever competition after only taking it up a few months ago and he came away with an amazing Silver Medal! 🙌🏼🥈

A huge well done to all of our members who took on the Ipswich Half last weekend! 💪

Here are just some of the amazing runners who took part — and there were plenty more of you out there who we unfortunately didn’t get photos of!

All those training sessions, and miles logged have well and truly paid off 🙌
