I’ve had a lot of new followers lately and I’m loving having you here. I hope to bring you inspiration and the motivation to get started on your strength, health & wellbeing not to look amazing (I’m sure you do already)
But to ‘feel’ better, ‘live’ better & more than anything stay mobile, flexible and independent for many years to come.
Too many of us are or have looked after aged parents who have lost muscle, balance and the ability to care for themselves - I want you to be able to get up off the floor when you’re in your 90’s! And between now and then, I want you to feel the amazing benefits of movement and healthier eating and living a fulfilled life ❤️

If you were born in the 70’s or before (1969 for me) 🥳
You might have been conditioned to think that fitness had to mean restriction, punishment or trying to “shrink” themselves into thin or skinny?
But most women I work with don’t actually want extremes.
They want to:
✔ feel stronger getting up from the floor
✔ have more energy
✔ feel confident in their clothes
✔ protect their health
✔ feel proud of themselves again
And yet we see so much conflicting advice…
“Don’t eat carbs.”
“Don’t eat fat.”
“You’ll get bulky.”
“Light weights don’t count.”
No wonder we all get confused… 😭
Strength training, balanced nutrition, walking, lighter weights, heavier weights, dancing, mobility, rest, consistency… it ALL counts.
You do not need to ‘earn’ your food.
You do not need to punish yourself by starving or skipping meals.
And you are absolutely not “too old” to start building strength. 💛
Anyone got anything to add? What ‘diets’ have you tried and failed with?
