Cancer Rehab & GP Referral Exercise Specialist, working with Chronic Illnesses and Cancer patients.

Following my cancer diagnosis in 2016, my priorities changed almost overnight. Family and friends came first and I shifted my focus to my physical health & mental wellbeing, learning also to appreciate the little, yet important, things in life. Having worked in the fitness industry for 13 years, I always had a healthy lifestyle, exercising most days and enjoying nutritious meals, but I also had a

✨ What an evening at last night as part of Humber Business Week.

So thrilled to have been invited to the private preview of this stunning new venue, right here on our East Yorkshire doorstep. Georgian interiors, beautiful gardens, a brand new bar and club rooms, and the most elegant Carriage House setting for canapés and cocktails.

Even more thrilled to be there supporting the incredible women behind it, and .waugh . Watching my gorgeous clients bring a vision like this to life is exactly why I love what I do. 🙌

If you haven’t visited yet, put it firmly on your list. You won’t be disappointed. 🥂✨

Race for Life, Windsor 🎀

What an absolutely amazing day yesterday at Race for Life in Windsor!

This was my second year doing this event and it just gets better every time. The sun was shining, the atmosphere was electric, and the park was full of the most incredible people all there for the same reason.

We met around 70 people throughout the day, every single one of them with their own story and their own reason for being there. Those conversations are what stay with you.

And I have to give a massive shoutout to this guy 👆 I spotted him mid-race absolutely smashing it, and noticed he was wearing a Myzone belt, which all my clients train with. I had to stop him for a photo after he crossed that finish line! The effort zones he was hitting were just incredible, what an absolute machine.

As someone who works in cancer prehabilitation and rehabilitation, days like this mean everything to me. It’s not just a fun run, it’s a reminder of what we’re all working towards, better outcomes, more life, more movement, more hope.

Already can’t wait for next year. 🎗️💪

First bike ride of the year at Kielder Forest and what a way to start! 🚴‍♀️ Tougher than expected but absolutely worth every pedal for those breathtaking views, the forest looked stunning today! Forgot to turn my Myzone on (TP classic!) but trust me, double whatever it would have shown! 💪😄🚴‍♀️

☀️ Smooth as Butter-mere… sorry 😂

2,500 feet of climbing…
most of it straight out the gate.

Hills, heat… and a fair bit of panting along the way 😅

But it was just beautiful.
Buttermere on a day like that… totally unreal.

And of course, to top it all off, good food and a well earned cold beer 🍺

Loved every minute of it 🤍

Hard to beat The Hall on a day like this.

Just back from a beautiful walk around with my client Linda and honestly, what a morning. Spring has properly arrived and the sun is out, simple as that.
As a Clinical Exercise Specialist, I talk a lot about the holistic side of things, cortisol, vitamin D, the nervous system, but sometimes you just have to say: being outside on a day like this feels brilliant, and that’s totally enough.

There’s something about natural light and fresh air that no gym can replicate. Your body knows it. Your mood knows it.
The Hall is a special place at the best of times, but on a sunny spring morning it’s something else. We’re so lucky to have it right on the doorstep.

If you’re thinking about getting outside today, do it. Even just a walk. The sun is shining and you’ll feel so better for it.
Hard to beat it. 🌞

🙌Series 21… I can’t quite believe it.

When I first started these sessions, I had no idea we would reach 21 series, and along the way I’ve seen some incredible transformations. Not just physically, but in confidence, strength, energy and consistency.

To all my girls and boys who show up week after week, huge congratulations. The progress you’ve made is amazing and I’m so proud of every single one of you. 💪

Series 21 starts next Monday (16th March) and I’m really looking forward to the next block of sessions together.

If anyone is thinking about joining us this time around, just drop me a message and I can send the details across.

Right… Series 21, let’s go.
