New venue, same vibes… just BIGGER, BETTER and even more fun 🔥
Yesterday’s class at Carr Manor Community Hub did not disappoint!! So much space to move, a lovely soft floor for the little ones… and as you can see, the babies were well and truly part of the workout 💪👶
From added “baby weight” squats to partner moves and cuddles mid-set… this is exactly what Bumps, Babies and Beyond is all about. No need to choose between working out and being with your little one — they’re right there with you, part of it all ❤️

✨ Big news for Fridays… ✨
We’ve got a brand new home at Carr Manor Community Hub and it’s a game changer 🙌
A much bigger space (hello room to move properly 👏), plus a soft floor which is perfect for our little ones while you train. And… there’s a café on site, so those post-class chats and coffees are very much staying part of the routine ☕
This move is all about continuing to invest in our mums and giving you the best possible experience — more space, more freedom in the workouts, and even more opportunity to build strength and confidence in a setting that works for real life.
Ellie is so excited to get going in the new space and can’t wait to see you all there on Friday 💪
