Today’s job ticked off the list – the ewe lambs have all had their fresh haircuts!

A proud moment to see our success featured in this week’s Farmers Guardian!

The article highlights our 2023-born Ushers ewe, which was awarded Reserve Champion in the National Shropshire Show & Sale before going on to achieve a record price.

It’s fantastic to have this achievement recognised in the farming press and to see our Ushers Flock included among the sale highlights. We wish the Mottershead family every success with her.

The boys are out with the girls… and they’re already having plenty of fun! 🐏❤️🐑

This year we really are spoilt for choice! Out in the paddocks we have Ushers Louis, top signet-recorded ram of 2025, alongside our other home-bred boys Ushers Mountain and Ushers Nordic!

Fresh from a successful showing season, they’re also joined by Clipston Reggie and Milenheath Mascot.

A fantastic line-up, and we’re excited to see what this year’s season brings … choose wisely, boys! 😉🐏

Ram lambs have been in for their health and fertility check today with our vet, delighted that all of the boys have passed with no problems! Thanks Fosse Way Farm Vets!

They didn’t seem to want to graze the bit of grass on way out either!

🌟 A special highlight was Ushers Janet taking Reserve Female Champion and Reggie being awarded Reserve Male Champion! 🌟

A huge congratulations as well to our Meredith, who finished 🥈 in Young Handlers out of 31 competitors. A fantastic achievement and a brilliant job representing the Shropshire breed.

Finally, a massive well done to Millenheath Farm on winning Champion – thoroughly deserved!

A fantastic show with great company and excellent judging from Mr Clive Davis.

We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🐑🏆
