In addition to my main coaching activities, I continue to compete only in the Masters category, i.e. among veterans. This is a development for me. I train and try out all the methods of the training process. Accordingly, the competition is a test for me. If I improve my results at competitions, it means these methods are effective and necessary. Therefore, I can recommend certain exercises to my students. In this way, we win time.

- How many hours a day do you train?
- It depends on the difficulty of the training. I don't train every day. Even the professionals give themselves a couple of days off. I train three times a week. A hard workout can last four hours, a light one - 60-40 minutes. Of course, during preparations for competitions you change your diet and training regime. The closer you get to the tournament, the harder it is. Preparing for a tournament is like climbing a mountain, the competition is the summit. Preparation is a hard work that starts a couple of months before the competition.
