During our last Performance Benchmark block, we set our BFT Battersea members a challenge: show up.

Today marks 6 weeks of BFT x Jubel Run Club 🍻🏃

Where has that gone?!

One of our favourite things about BFT Battersea has always been the community, and seeing everyone get around Friday Night Run Club has been unreal.

We’ve already seen huge improvements in people’s running, and it’s been awesome watching everyone get to know each other outside of their normal sessions.

To be honest… it’s got us wondering why we didn’t start this sooner.

The good news? We’re keeping it going all summer. ☀️

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to move on a Friday evening, everyone’s welcome. You don’t need to be a BFT member either, so bring your mates along!

We don’t coach the room. We coach the people in it.

Because our focus isn’t on getting everyone through the session. It’s on helping every member get the most from it.

Some days, that means adding weight to the bar. Other days, it means adapting the session so you can keep making progress safely and confidently.

Our job isn’t to force everyone through the same workout. It’s to coach the person in front of us.
