Meet Nima 👋

Nima's journey started with us just over a year ago, she's loved it so much that her 2 young children are now also part of our kids programme too! 😀

Since joining us Nima has seen a considerable improvement in her technique and strength through our Muay Thai Kickboxing and Combat Strength group sessions as well as our 1 to 1 coaching program. 👏👏

We look forward to continuing the journey and supporting Nima and her family on their fitness/martial arts journey. 👌

Meet Josh,👋

Josh joined us in 2018 and has ever since been a very familiar face in the BJJ, Muay Thai & MMA classes. Encouraged by his father James who is also a member, he decided to give combat sports a try and now at the age of fourteen he is sparring with members that are twice his age due to his advanced abilities. 💪💪

Josh talks about the relationships between his family and the coaches as they come as a unit! His mother is also a regular and his brother jumps in sometimes as well. They are such a great bunch to have around the place with commitment, smiles and genuine joy to be involved here at Fight City Gym.

Since recording this testimonial, Josh now trains with team GB on a regular basis sparring with the country’s leading teenagers/young adults and despite this he still finds the time to come and visit us. With the hard work from both him and our coaches, he’s very much on his way! 🥇🥇
