If you want a 4-week, structured training plan for boxing, well suited for complete beginners as well as those who want to improve their technique and fitness, then this is for you.
Watch this video where I explain the gist of it all and you can find more details in the pdf document that contains the whole workout plan with links to the explanation of every single drill.

It contains 12 different workouts, each with 3 rounds on the bag, plus a little pyramid at the end.
There's technique, there's conditioning, theres burpees, there's abs.. the whole sh'bang. And there's a bonus conditioning plan at the end. Because who doesn't love conditioning, right??

Try this heavy bag workout for boxing to increase your stamina and muscular endurance for boxing.
You will do 3 x 3 minute rounds with 1 minute break in between. The rounds are divided into 30 second intervals (so I suggest you set an interval timer for 30:30).
THE WORKOUT
Round 1: Continuous straight punches/Power jab-cross
Round 2: Power punches/Burpees - chest to floor
Round 3: Push-ups/Continuous straight punches
