Starting something new can feel overwhelming.
A lot of people wait until they feel more confident, more experienced or more “ready” before putting themselves out there. But most communities, classes and ideas do not start big. They start with a few people willing to begin.
At Lana & Friends, we wanted to create a flexible wellness space in Stoke Newington that feels supportive, calm and welcoming for instructors, creatives and people building something of their own.
