We’re days away from our migration to our new booking platform and with that change we’re updating how we can make the best use of the waitlist.
Actually there are two ways we can do this, and we thought who better to decide than you!
1 - Double Opt In
When a spot in the class becomes available, the first person on the waitlist receives an SMS to confirm their spot. The empty spot is reserved for one hour. Customers can see their position on the waitlist. Customers without a phone number on file will be contacted via email.
2- Fastest fingers first
When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist. The first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class. The waitlist order doesn’t matter, and customers will not see their position. After the waitlist cut-off time, no customers will be contacted automatically. Customers without a phone number on file will be contacted via email.

STRETCH & SOUND
This Sunday 10th May, 6:30pm
Join Lucy and Sound bath practitioner Jordan for a movement and sound experience that begins with a whole body Stretch and Release Reformer class designed to lengthen, strengthen and awaken the body. Expect mindful movement, deep stretches, and flowing sequences to create space in both body and mind.
We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative Sound Bath, where soothing frequencies and healing vibrations will guide you into complete relaxation. This is your invitation to release stagnant energy and reset your nervous system.
