Daveโs Favourite Exercise ~ Seated calf raise ๐ช๐ป
As a runner itโs such a great exercise to target the soleus muscle, which is the muscle that lies just under the calf, and takes on a lot of stress when running. This means that it is often a muscle that runners have issues with as itโs not targeted as much when doing standing calf raises compared to seated.
So next time, give these seated calf raises a go, with a kettlebell, dumbbell or on a smith machine, and get ready to feel the burn ๐ฅ

As Lenny trains in a hyrox style, his training almost always has burpees involved. They are one of those exercises that you either love, or hate.
