June is here, and it feels like something fresh is in the air, summer is around the corner, only 21 days.
Here is a list of habits you can start stacking daily to create a simple routine based on down regulation of the nervous system, training, and eating whole foods. Basically all you need to feel energised and balanced for summer.

Start the day with mobility, make it part of your routine. As a former athlete I noticed first hand the difference that it makes to the body. Your body becomes more agile, you stand taller, those daily aches and pains are gone.

I find that having time to slow down is a real privilege these days, so I use this time to re-energise. Here is my list of small actions I take every week to feel more energised and balanced.
