Oh my goodness, the annual Let’s Draw An Easter Bunny workout NEVER disappoints 😂🤩🐰🐣

We are running 09:30 Easter Saturday and 08:00 Easter Monday for anyone would like to a free trial of a social outdoor workout class in Ravenscourt Park over the long weekend!

We heard about Jen’s house renovation for over a year (it was a MISSION!) so when she offered to host a social we jumped at the chance to see the results: worth it!!! What a beautiful extension! Perfect for a bo**ie social with all these beautiful people 🎉

Our Christmas Social was kindly hosted by Cresta and was another gorgeous night of chat and snacks and complimenting each other on how fabulous we look when not just rolled out of bed to exercise outdoors in the early hours 😇😂😂

This year the 08:00 group has surged back up Covid numbers, after struggling for a few years once people were sent back to the office. That means we’re coming into 2026 with 07:00 and 08:00 very full and most places left on the 09:00 slots.

It is DECEMBER which means FRI-YAY Christmas Workouts 🥳🎄💪

Today was Let’s Draw A Snowman (very French, very alcoholic and occasionally creepy 🤣) and next week will be the infamous 🌟12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS 🌟 (it’s a tough one 🥵🤩)

Today was 1C with frost, full Supermoon AND a gorgeous sunrise so a really magical winter morning in the park ❄️🌕

For challenging, friendly workouts come to Ravenscourt Bootcamp on Mon-Thu and Sat. To mess around with creativity and artistry and imagination, come along on Fridays!

Pumpkin drawing was so successful last year that I brought it back this year, along with the compulsory treats (I got in proper trouble the one year I DIDN’T bring a treat based Halloween workout, I can tell you!)

We were politely asked to clear the courts for filming and it was actually gorgeous training in the scrunchy leaves under the copper beech and perfect for our theme 🎃🍂🍂

So tempting to do it more often, but for the occasional 💩 inattentive dog owners have not taken care of 😬😒

But overall it was a magical, seasonal and creative morning at bootcamp last Friday with plenty to look at on the courts as well 🎥🕷️🙅‍♂️

Bootcamp birthdays are the best! We had our first ever park picnic (why haven’t we been doing this every summer??) for my birthday on Monday and it was gorgeous. Sometimes I forget just how important bootcamp is to people, until I’m reminded at times like this that we are SO much more than a workout group 🤩😍

Yeah we don’t take bootcamp too seriously on bank holidays 😅😂 Today was the annual Let’s Build An Easter Bunny workout and once again, the results did NOT disappoint 🤩😳🩸🐰😂🎨

We’re still running classes 09:30 Saturday and 08:00 & 09:00 Easter Monday if anyone would like a chilled introduction to fun, social outdoor workouts 😁

Christmas social time 😍🤩🎄🎉 We basically took up half the pub having a terrific time last Friday, and although there were a few headaches the next day (so I hear Steve and Gayle 😉) there were no regrets!

I always love hanging out with this crowd at work but it’s so great to also get to play together too ♥️

I got a bit excited about planning my Halloween bootcamp this year 🎃🤩 We had a 4-part session:

🕷️ pumpkin med balls
🕷️ Treats with Tricks drill
🕷️ team pumpkin artistry

Loads of fun and only two pumpkins were dropped in the ex*****on of these sessions 🙌
