3x Rounds of 45 Seconds on each Station, with 15 Seconds Recovery in between.

1) Overhead Reverse Lunge with Plate
2) Curl and Press with Ball
3) Glute Bridge with Powerbag
Pod 2:
4) RDL with Kettlebell
5) Singlearm Ground to Overhead with Dumbell
6) Plank
Pod 3:
7) Lateral Squats with Powerbag
8) Tri-Extension with Dumbell
9) Alternate Leg V-Sits
45 Seconds Work/ 10 Seconds Recovery.
Each Pod completed 3 times before moving onto next Pod.
