As temperatures soar more frequently, for the first time in our 13 year history we have to consider getting air-con in our studios.

For some of you, our current system of throwing open windows and doors with floor fans creating a breeze gives you what you want. Others say you’d like it cooler.

We’re weighing up all the pros and cons:
• the environmental arguments
• those of you who see air-con as a necessity
• those of you who hate air-con and tell us you don’t want to practice in the air it creates
Lots to consider.
We want to get it as right as possible (whilst knowing we can’t please everyone).
We’re also exploring ceiling and cooling fans.

The next Sodasi 200hr YTT at Down To Earth will run from September 2026 - March 2027.

Our collaboration with Jessica Stewart works because we’re perfectly aligned - like us, Sodasi Yoga Teacher Training Is powered by high quality tuition, depth of knowledge, approachable teachers and a lot of passion.

It’s been running for well over a decade (just like Down To Earth) and establishing that level of consistency and longevity is only possible if what’s on offer is the very best.

Jess and her team of senior teachers guide students through both online and in-person learning. They finish the course feeling inspired, supported and ready to take yoga to the next level - whether that’s into teaching or simply as a more advanced practitioner.

Our commitment to Yoga Sangraha is real.

We’ve got the UK’s first weekly Yoga Sangraha studio class, with the incredible Amit Singh, every Tuesday at 6/30pm.

Plus, we run workshops with its creator, the inimitable Eddie Stern, either here or with our friends at Mission.

This summer, Eddie is back at Down To Earth. His three workshops will be small, intimate and perfect for those wanting a chance to practice with Eddie again.
