We have our clients well trained….!

This lovely chap is extremely fit but did need some hip/knee/lower back stability before he started playing 5-a-side again after a long break. We did loads of great, targeted work, and as you can see his problem now is elsewhere….!

We’ll sort that out too… 😝😀
